Job Description

**Bookkeeper – Full\-Time \| Remote (Miami/DFW\-Based Company)** ABOUT US We are a high\-growth startup headquartered in Miami, FL, on track to generate mid\-to\-high eight figures in revenue within our first 12 months of operation. We operate at the intersection of several fast\-moving infrastructure markets: we supply passive fiber optic components to the data center industry, offer a one\-stop\-shop for fiber\-to\-the\-home (FTTH) materials, and are active in the international export market for utility poles and accessories. We move fast, we think big, and we need our team to keep pace. THE ROLE We are looking for a hands\-on, ownership\-minded Bookkeeper who doesn’t wait to be told what to do — they see what needs to happen and make it happen. This is not a reactive role. You will be embedded in the financial operations of a company scaling rapidly, reporting directly to our CFO/President and CEO, and playing a critical role in keeping our financial foundation solid as we grow. It is worth noting that this role carries dual responsibility — in addition to supporting OneSource\-Plus, Inc., you will also provide bookkeeping support for our partner company, GMFTEL. The ability to manage financials across multiple entities with accuracy and discretion is essential. This is a full\-time W\-2 position. While the role is primarily remote, you will be expected to come on\-site once per quarter at either our Dallas\-Fort Worth (DFW) or Miami (MIA) location. **WHAT YOU’LL OWN** Core Bookkeeping * Maintain accurate books using double\-entry bookkeeping principles (T\-accounts, ledgers, journals) * Record and reconcile all financial transactions across entities and accounts, including both OneSource\-Plus, Inc. and GMFTEL * Maintain and manage financial journals with precision and timeliness Accounts Payable \& Receivable * Process supplier payments and manage vendor relationships * Oversee accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances Payroll * Oversee and manage payroll operations through Paychex Banking \& External Relationships * Serve as the primary point of contact for banks, tax consultants, and all contracted service providers * Manage banking relationships and ensure proper cash management Reporting Produce and deliver the following on a monthly basis: * Cash Flow Statement * Profit \& Loss (P\&L) Statement * 30/60/90\-Day Cash Flow Outlook * Expense Overview \& Analysis Warehouse \& Operations Coordination * Work closely with our Operations Lead to ensure accurate tracking of inventory, warehouse\-related costs, and related financial activity as we bring our warehouse online Software \& Systems * Work within our existing Microsoft Business Central ERP environment * Take ownership of evaluating, selecting, and setting up a dedicated bookkeeping platform that integrates with or complements our existing stack — this is your project to lead Team Oversight * Manage and direct 1–2 part\-time administrative assistan
