You’ll:Build relationships that balance empathy and accountabilityConduct Getting Started and Check-In calls to manage expectations and progressDevelop tailored onboarding plans and coach clients through training milestonesCoordinate with Billing, Training, and Support teams to ensure seamless setupTrack progress using Salesforce and manage follow-up tasks through the ClinicMind Task ManagerCelebrate graduation when clients achieve independence and system masteryWhat Makes You a Great FitWe're looking for someone who:Want to help clients succeed not just manage accountsIs empathetic but firm, able to coach through fear of change while setting clear expectationsCommunicates clearly, confidently, and consistently across email, Zoom, and SlackThrives in a structured, metrics-driven environment (CSAT, CES, and timeline KPIs)Excels at organization, prioritization, and follow-throughWorks collaboratively and embraces feedback as part of continuous improvementMinimum RequirementsA positive feedback or performance review from current supervisor At least 30 days of onboarding shadowing experience within ClinicMind (if not yet in an OAM role, you can transfer to our team, complete this training, and then be considered for an official AM offer)Strong understanding of ClinicMind's onboarding lifecycle and client engagement toolsFamiliarity with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and ZoomOriginally posted on Himalayas
