We value transparency, openness, and candor - the freedom to take risks, admit failures, and speak openly.What will you do?Architect a self-service Internal Developer Platform (IDP) that enables teams to deploy and scale with zero-touch infrastructure.Evolve our Kubernetes ecosystem using GitOps principles to ensure high availability across multiple environments.You will put your skills to the test, allow yourself to grow and learn rapidly.Replace legacy manual workflows with automated, "Policy-as-Code" guardrails to ensure security and compliance at scale.Partner with Product and Data teams to bridge the gap between code and production, removing bottlenecks in the CI/CD pipeline.RequirementsWhat You BringMinimum of 5 years experience as a platform engineer, devops engineer or similar titles.Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Extensive experience with Terraform; familiarity with Pulumi, Crossplane, or CDKs is a significant plus.Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and the cloud-native ecosystem (Observability, Service Meshes like Istio/Cilium, and GitOps).Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex infra to a product dev with ease.Strong coding skills (Go or Python) to extend platform capabilities and automate complex workflows.Nice to Have: Experience working in a fast paced environment.Expertise in Go for extending K8s via the Operator Pattern and Custom Controllers.Proficiency in Event-Driven Architectures (e.g., Kafka, NATS, or Cloud-native Pub/Sub).Experience with eBPF-based networking (e.g., Cilium) or Zero-Trust security models.Strong Software Engineering fundamentals (Distributed systems, Concurrency, and API design).What We Bring to the DealA job you own.
