This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.JOB OVERVIEWProvide services and support as a Project Facilitation (PF) Services (Project Facilitator (PF)) in the Energy, Resources, And Industrials Industry Sector focusing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) (DOE | FEMP) | National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) Gennerally Located In Pasadena, California and across the West-Coast Region.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Project Facilitator (PF)An individual or contractor that provides professional services to the Government, including site assessment for feasibility, scope, and economics of energy-related projects, guidance on funding approaches, technical advice based on proposal analysis, and other support on the ESPC Task Order process (development, award, and administration) to ordering agencies.- Conduct site assessments to evaluate feasibility, scope, and economics of energy-related projects.- Provide guidance on funding approaches and technical advice based on proposal analysis.- Support the ESPC Task Order process including development, award, and administration.Minimum of 5 years of engineering, project management, or contracting experience.Recommended: 10 years of relevant experience.Education / Experience Requirements / QualificationsMinimum Required: Engineering or other technical degree from a four-year college or university.Recommended (Not Required, but may receive higher scoring): PE, CEM, or CMVP Certification.Skills RequiredExperience in federal acquisitions related to third-party financing.Knowledge of ESPC regulations, statutes, and FAR clauses.Ability to perform cost/price analysis and determine price reasonableness.Competencies RequiredStrong understanding of ESPC contracting and project facilitation.Proven track record in acquisition planning, developing solicitations, evaluating proposals, and administering contracts.
